Through Juno’s Mint Platform, you can withdraw funds to bank accounts or blockchain addresses from your MXNB balance.

Withdraw to an External Bank Account

You can send local bank transfers to accounts at Mexican financial institutions using your Juno  account. To redeem MXNB to an external bank account, you must first save the destination in the Bank Accounts section of the platform.

How to save a bank account

1. Go to Bank Accounts under the Manage Accounts section in the left panel.
2. In the top right corner, click Add a bank.
3. Enter a nickname for the account, the recipient’s legal name, an 18-digit CLABE and specify if the account belongs to your company or to a third party.
4. After entering all the details, click Add.
5. You will be asked to enter a 2FA code to proceed. If the code is correct, the account will be saved.

How to request a redemption to an external bank account:

1. On the Home Dashboard, click the Withdraw button.
2. Then, select Bank Transfer (SPEI) as the withdrawal method.
3. On the Withdraw to window, select a destination account from the drop-down menu. To add a new one, select Add New Address and follow the steps in the “How to save a bank account” section above.
4. Enter the withdrawal amount.
5. Review the transaction details and click Withdraw.
6. Enter the 6-digit 2FA code and click Continue to complete the transaction.

Note: the minimum fiat MXN withdrawal amount is $100 MXN. If you attempt to withdraw a lower amount, the transaction will fail, and your funds will remain in your Juno account.

How to save a blockchain address

6. Go to Blockchain addresses under the Manage Accounts section in the left panel.
7. In the top right corner, click Add address.
8. Enter a nickname for the address, select the blockchain network and paste the blockchain address. 
9. After entering the details, click Add.
10. You will be asked to enter a 2FA code to proceed. If the code is correct, the account will be saved.

11. On the Home Dashboard, click the Withdraw button.
12. Select Blockchain Network as the withdrawal method.
13. On the Withdraw to window, select a destination address from the drop-down menu. To add a new one, select Add New Address and follow the steps in the “How to save a bank account” section above.
14. Select the network of the destination address. 
15. Enter the withdrawal amount.
16. Review the details of your transaction and click Withdraw.

Enter the 6-digit 2FA code and click Continue to complete the transaction.
