You might notice that someone else earns a different rate than you on the same asset. For example, one person sees a 10% annual rate on USDC, a stable digital currency, while another sees 4% on the same asset. This doesn't happen often, but when it does, it's because Bitso tests new products and conditions with a limited group of users before rolling them out more broadly.
Instead of launching changes for everyone at the same time, Bitso releases updates gradually to different groups of users. This lets us confirm that everything works correctly before making a change available to more people.
If someone you know has a different rate than you, it doesn't mean Bitso favors certain users. It means they're seeing an experimental version of a feature before it reaches everyone else. Over time, rates and conditions become the same for all users.
Keep your app updated so you don't miss new features when they become available to you.
