Yes. We can’t process transactions whose amount is less than the Bitso fee for each type of transfer (ACH or wire). If the deposit is less than the fee, it won’t be credited to your account and cannot be refunded.

• ACH: 2.99 USD ​​per transaction.
• Wire transfer: 11.99 USD + 0.17% per transaction.

Is there a minimum amount?

For deposits from your own accounts, there’s no maximum limit. For third-party deposits, the maximum is 4,000 USD per transaction.

Withdrawals

Is there a minimum amount?

Yes. The minimum you can send is 3 USD. Therefore, if the withdrawal is less than this amount, it won’t be possible to credit it to the destination account. Please note that the withdrawal amount will be charged as a fee and cannot be refunded to your Bitso account. Is there a maximum amount?

For withdrawals from personal and business accounts, there is no maximum amount. For withdrawals to accounts in other people's names, you can send a maximum of 4,000 USD per transaction.
