Is there a minimum deposit amount?

Yes. We can’t process transactions whose amount is less than the Bitso fee for each type of transfer (ACH or wire). If the deposit is less than the fee, it won’t be credited to your account and cannot be refunded.

• ACH: 2.99 USD ​​per transaction.
• Wire transfer: 11.99 USD + 0.17% per transaction.

Is there a maximum amount per deposit?

For deposits from your own accounts or business accounts, there’s no maximum limit. For third-party deposits, the maximum is 2,000 USD per transaction.
