How do I receive deposits?
Once you’ve opened your account, you can go to ‘Deposit’ > ‘U.S. dollar transfer’ to view your account details. Use this information to receive dollar deposits, which will automatically be converted to USDC when credited to your Bitso account.
What is USDC?
USDC is a stablecoin pegged to the value of the U.S. dollar. When you receive a dollar deposit in your Bitso account, it is converted to USDC, a coin that allows you to generate up to 4% annual yield just by holding it in the app.
What types of transfers can I receive?

How long do transfers take to be credited?
Next-day ACH transfers take 1 to 3 business days to be credited to your Bitso account. Same-day ACH transfers are credited on the same day as long as they’re sent before 4 p.m. EST.
Wire transfers may take a few hours to process but are credited the same day if sent before 5 p.m. EST.
What if a transfer isn’t credited?
If for any reason you don’t see the transfer credited to your account after the specified timeframes, please contact our Support Team so we can investigate what happened. If you sent the funds from an account in your name, request a tracking ID to help us trace the transaction more quickly.
The transfer appears as “rejected”, why?
In most cases this is because our provider, Bridge, was unable to process the transaction. The amount will be returned to the source account within 24 hours and Bitso will not charge any fees. Please note that the source bank may charge fees.
Another reason for rejection is if the transfer was for an amount greater than $10,000 USD and sent from Citibank. In that case, the amount will also be refunded and Bitso will not charge any fees, but the source bank may.
The routing number (ABA) is not recognized by the bank, why?
Don't worry, this is because banks use different providers to check account data and they are not always up to date. You can make the transfer normally and it will be credited correctly to your Bitso account. The official source is the United States Federal Reserve and you can check your routing number on their site.
