Want to know all about how to manage your Pix limits? Here’s a guide on what they are, all the different kinds of limits you have and how to manage them.
With Pix limits, you can define maximum amounts for transfers per two periods: daytime (6 am - 8 pm) and nighttime (8 pm - 6 am).
The amounts you define are subject to the limits you have in the Bitso app, so you won’t be able to enter amounts larger than your Bitso limit.
You can set up limits for:
- Personal accounts: you can manage withdrawal limits.
- Business accounts: you can manage withdrawal limits.
- Saque/Troco: you can manage cash withdrawal limits.
- Trusted accounts: choose accounts you generally make transfers to and define amounts without period limits.
How to manage Pix limits
- Open the Bitso app.
- Go to “Pix”.
- Select “Limits”.
- Choose the type of account or transaction that you want to set limits to.
- Edit the day and night period.
- You’ll have to wait within 24 and 48 hours for the change to be reflected.
How to add a trusted account
- Open the Bitso app.
- Go to “Pix”.
- Select “Limits”.
- Select “Trusted accounts”.
- Select “Choose a trusted account”.
- Choose the account you want to mark as trusted and select “Add”.
- That’s it! You’ll have to wait within 24 and 48 hours for the account to be added.
If you haven’t saved the account at Bitso, you’ll need to withdraw funds to that account and then save it. After you do that, go back to “Limits” and add it.
