Are you trying to register a key that’s yours, but another person has registered it? Learn how to make a claim. Remember, you can only claim emails and phone numbers.

1. Open the Bitso app.
2. Go to “Pix”
3. Go to “My keys”.
4. Select the type of key you want to register.
5. Enter all the required information.
6. You’ll see the “Claim pending” status. You have to wait 14 days for the claim to be accepted. The full process may take up to 30 days.
