Are you trying to register a key in Bitso but that key is already registered somewhere else? Learn how to make a portability request.

1. Open the Bitso app.
2. Go to “Pix”.
3. Go to “My keys”.
4. Select the type of key you want to register.
5. Enter all the required information.
6. You’ll see the “Portability pending” status. You’ll have 7 days to accept the request in the other app that the key is registered or you can cancel the request if you no longer want to register that key in Bitso.
