You can only turn off two-step verification from the Bitso website, and you need access to your account. If you lost access to your verification device, contact our support team so they can turn it off for you.

1. Go to bitso.com/login and log in. If you usually use the app, you may need to authorize the login from your device.
2. Go to your profile, select Security in the side menu, then Account security.
3. In the two-step verification section, click Deactivate. Enter the 6-digit code from your verification app one last time.
4. Once you enter the code, two-step verification turns off immediately.

Two-step verification adds an extra layer of security to your account. We recommend keeping it active. If you choose not to use it, your funds remain protected on a secure, regulated platform.
