What’s my physical card’s PIN used for?
It’s a 4-digit Personal Identification Number that allows you to authorize your purchases at stores with your physical card.
How do I set up my physical Bitso Card’s PIN?
You’ll get a preset PIN right away when activating your physical card; you can either keep the one that has been automatically assigned to you or change it later from your card’s settings in your application.
How do I change my Bitso Card’s PIN?
- Open your Bitso application
- Tap on the Bitso Card’s section from your home’s bottom menu
- Once you’re on the Bitso Card page, select your physical card
- Tap the Settings button
- Select the Change PIN section
- Enter and confirm your new PIN. Please be aware it needs to be composed of 4 digits with non-consecutive and non-repeated digits.
- Confirm the new PIN at an available ATM by checking your balance, and you will be all set!
ATM fees will apply when doing this transaction.

You can change your PIN as many times as you want from your application, and finish the setup at an available ATM.
Which ATMs are available to check my balance to complete a PIN change?
Just check your balance using your new PIN in one of the following ATMs, and you'll be all set: BBVA, Santander, HSBC, Banorte, or Scotiabank.
