To request your FLR tokens:

1. Be eligible for the distribution (learn more here).
2. Have a Flare compatible address.
3. Submit the FLR token request form.

Every eligible user will receive an email entitled Claim your FLR tokens ☀️ containing a requisition form with further instructions of the process to receive FLR tokens. Once you have completed the form, you will receive, within 10 to 15 minutes, 0.1511 FLR for every XRP you had in your Bitso balance during the snapshot.

Notice:

1. If you've opted-out from receiving email communications from Bitso, you may not receive this email in your inbox. Please review your preferences to guarantee you'll receive your form.
2. The FLR token will not be listed directly in Bitso. All the tokens requested are going to be sent to the a compatible Flare address that you have selected. Therefore, it’s important that you complete this process during the next 6 months to guarantee the access to your tokens.
