Earnings is an opt-in feature available in your Bitso app. That means that you can deactivate it at any time.

If you have any inconvenience, we will be happy to chat with you and help you solve any issues or concerns regarding Earnings and your funds. However, if you still want to deactivate or unenroll from Earnings, you can do so by navigating to the Digital Dollars Earnings section, and you will find the option at the bottom of the informative banner. Make sure you're on the most up-to-date version of the app. Should you have any issues, you can always reach out to our Customer Support Team here, and they will be happy to further assist you with this.

It's important for you to know that:

• By deactivating Earnings, you waive the rights to any outstanding yield accruals, so any yields that haven't been deposited yet to your account will be lost. Rewards already deposited to your account will be yours to keep.
• Earnings is a convenient product that encompasses enrollment for all currencies included in the program. It is not possible to deactivate Earnings just for specific currencies. 
• You can always activate Earnings again directly from the app without having to contact support. Just follow the instructions here.
